Offer Overview
This promotional offer (“Offer”) titled “Shop for Rs. 6,999/- or above and get a complementary Couple Movie Voucher” is launched by Kapsons International Pvt. Ltd (“Kapsons”) and managed through its authorized marketing agencies including CineRewardz and RewardPort Corporate Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (“RewardPort”).

Offer Validity
- The Offer is valid from 25th March - 25th June'26. (“Offer Period”).
- The Offer shall remain valid until movie vouchers are exhausted or the campaign end date is reached, whichever is earlier.

Eligibility
- The Offer is open to Indian citizens residing in India, aged 18 years or above.
- Valid only on purchases made in a single bill at participating Kapsons retail stores across India.
- The Offer is void wherever prohibited by law.

Offer Benefit
- Eligible customers will receive one complimentary / free movie voucher valid for two standard movie tickets (“Couple Ticket”).
- Redemption is subject to cinema and seat availability.

Voucher Registration & Validity
- Each voucher is valid for one-time registration and one-time redemption only.
- The last date to register the voucher is 25th June 2026.
- Upon successful registration, the customer will receive a One-Time Password (OTP) via SMS along with the booking link.
- The OTP will be valid for 15 days from the date of registration.
- Booking requests must be placed at least 2 days prior to OTP expiry.

Redemption Process

Registration Visit www.moviewithkapsons.rewardzpromo.com and enter your Voucher No, Customer Name,Mobile Number, Email ID,Select City, and Upload Invoice, then click Submit.
- Your details will be verified by the RewardPort team within 24–48 working hours.
- Upon successful verification, you will receive a Booking Reference Number / Authentication Code via SMS and email.

Claim Your Movie Booking Once your registration is approved, visit the Claim Page and enter your OTP / Authentication Code.
Then select and submit the following details:
- Movie Name
- Theatre
- Date
- Show Time
- Any other mandatory details
You can also click on the “Click Here” link available on the page to check the exact show timings and schedule.
Important: Booking requests must be submitted a minimum of 48 hours and a maximum of 7 days prior to the preferred show date and time.

Ticket Confirmation - Once your booking request is successfully processed, the confirmation will be shared with you up to 24 hours prior to the show time.
- Your movie tickets will be sent to your registered Email ID.

At the Theatre Present your Movie Ticket Confirmation at the Box Office Counter to collect your paper ticket and enjoy your movie.

Redemption Conditions
- Only registered vouchers with a valid OTP will be processed.
- Requests submitted after OTP expiry will not be entertained.
- Tickets once issued cannot be cancelled, changed, or amended.
- 2 vouchers can be claimed separately on a single invoice by doing registration using different mobile no. & name, but cannot be clubbed for any single booking.

Seat & Show Restrictions
- Valid only for the mid row seats, which depends on the Movie, show time, multiplex & day etc.
- Not applicable for Recliner, Insignia, IMAX, Onyx, Diner, Kiddles, premium seats, or special screenings.
- New movie releases are not valid during the first week of release.

Valid shows:
- Monday to Thursday – All shows
- Friday to Sunday – Pre-noon shows only

Ticket Issuance & Availability
- Tickets are issued subject to seat availability without seat preference.
- Show timings may vary by ±2 hours, depending on availability and will be communicated prior to ticket issuance.

Exclusions & Costs
- The voucher covers only the cost of two movie tickets.
- Food & beverages, convenience fees, 3D glasses, or any other add-ons are not included and must be borne by the customer.

Usage Restrictions
- Direct presentation of the voucher at the cinema is invalid & not acceptable.
- Voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable, and non-cashable.
- No refund or compensation will be provided for unused or expired vouchers.

Employee Exclusion
The Offer is not applicable to employees, retailers, dealers, distributors, or associates of Kapsons, RewardPort, or CineRewardz.

Liability Disclaimer
- Kapsons, RewardPort, and CineRewardz shall not be responsible for seat quality, movie content, cinema services, or theatre operations.
- RewardPort acts solely as a facilitation and booking agency and assumes no liability for third-party service delivery.

Technical Disclaimer
Kapsons and RewardPort are not responsible for technical failures including network issues, OTP delays, system errors, or website downtime impacting participation.

Kapsons / RewardPort reserve the right to modify, suspend, withdraw or extend the Offer or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
All disputes arising out of this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, India.
