  • Registration

    Visit www.moviewithkapsons.rewardzpromo.com and enter your Voucher No, Customer Name,Mobile Number, Email ID,Select City, and Upload Invoice, then click Submit.

    1. Your details will be verified by the RewardPort team within 24–48 working hours.
    2. Upon successful verification, you will receive a Booking Reference Number / Authentication Code via SMS and email.
  • Claim Your Movie Booking

    Once your registration is approved, visit the Claim Page and enter your OTP / Authentication Code.

    Then select and submit the following details:

    1. Movie Name
    2. Theatre
    3. Date
    4. Show Time
    5. Any other mandatory details

    You can also click on the “Click Here” link available on the page to check the exact show timings and schedule.

    Important: Booking requests must be submitted a minimum of 48 hours and a maximum of 7 days prior to the preferred show date and time.

  • Ticket Confirmation
    1. Once your booking request is successfully processed, the confirmation will be shared with you up to 24 hours prior to the show time.
    2. Your movie tickets will be sent to your registered Email ID.
  • At the Theatre

    Present your Movie Ticket Confirmation at the Box Office Counter to collect your paper ticket and enjoy your movie.

No. The tickets cannot be booked directly at the multiplex. Tickets can only be booked by as per the process given above in A1.

Movie vouchers are not transferable.

The last date to register is 15th June'26, which can be availed till 15th July'26.

Once the tickets are booked you cannot cancel /amend the booking

Yes you will. Do remember to give two unique options of date and multiplex/theatre. The show timings could vary +/- 2 hours.

The Movie vouchers are valid for Monday to Thursday all shows & Friday to Sunday Pre-noon Shows. This voucher is valid for best available silver class seats (Mid Rows) and not valid for special screenings, paid preview, premier shows, recliners and gold class seats.

The seats choice is not available .You will be provided with the best available seats at the time of booking.

No. The booking has to be for a currently running movie or released movie.

Tickets can be booked minimum of 2 days and maximum of 7 days in advance .Tickets cannot be booked earlier than 7 days as the schedules of the multiplexes are very dynamic and is subject to change over a short notice.

This can only happen if you present the wrong information at the box office. Please remember the number that you have to show is the ticket number and NOT the voucher number or the registration number. The ticket number is the one you receive when you have booked your movie tickets by giving the choice of multiplex and dates. In spite of this should it ever happen that your ticket is not accepted you will be entitled to a full refund of the same by presenting the proof of the same.

Simply put this means that you have to use the voucher for watching a show before 31st of the month. So as not to miss out the use of the voucher, ensure that you request for booking atleast 2 days before the expiry date. The system will not accept your bookings later than that or for screenings beyond the expiry date.

The booking request must be made atleast 2 working days before the expiry date of authentication code.
